What is cucsFabricNetflowMonExporterFlowMonCollector?
This is the name of the NetflowCollector destination that this exporter sends its flow records to. It's the field that actually wires this exporter to a real destination IP/port; if it references a collector name that doesn't exist or was deleted, this exporter has nowhere to send its records even though it otherwise looks correctly configured. A value of 'splunk-collector' means this exporter ships records to that previously defined collector.
