What is cucsFabricNetflowMonExporterDscp?
This Gauge32 is the DSCP value this exporter marks on the packets it sends carrying exported flow records. Marking export traffic with a distinct DSCP lets the network prioritize or de-prioritize NetFlow packets separately from production traffic, which matters if flow export starts getting dropped under congestion because it's landing in the wrong QoS queue. A value of 0 would mean this exporter's packets carry the default best-effort DSCP marking.
