This TruthValue reports whether auto-negotiation is enabled for this VSAN's endpoint on an FCoE member port. An admin toggles or checks this because leaving auto-negotiate mismatched between this VSAN's endpoint on an FCoE member port and its link partner is a classic cause of a port that comes up but runs at the wrong speed or duplex, or won't come up at all. A value of 'true' means this VSAN's endpoint on an FCoE member port will auto-negotiate speed/duplex with its link partner; 'false' means it uses a fixed, manually configured setting instead.
