What is cucsFabricFcoeSanPcFcoeState?

This enumerated value reports the FCoE-specific operational state of this FCoE SAN port-channel — whether the FCoE (Fibre Channel over Ethernet) encapsulation on this link is actually up and passing SAN traffic. Because this FCoE SAN port-channel carries both Ethernet framing and encapsulated Fibre Channel, its underlying Ethernet link can be up while FCoE itself has failed to negotiate, so an admin checks this field specifically to know whether SAN traffic — not just LAN traffic — is flowing over it. A value of 'up' means FCoE is successfully running end to end on this FCoE SAN port-channel; 'down' would point the admin at an FCoE negotiation or FIP-snooping issue upstream rather than a plain cabling fault.
