What is cucsFabricFcMonIsConfigSuccess?

This TruthValue field reports whether the last configuration attempt for this FC monitoring session was successfully pushed down to the hardware. For an FC SPAN-style traffic-monitoring session that copies frames from a source port or VSAN to a designated analyzer port, checking this field is the quickest way to confirm a newly created or modified monitoring session actually took effect on the switch rather than silently failing while still showing as 'configured' in the object model. A value of 'false' here, paired with a populated configFailReason, tells an admin this specific session is not actually capturing any traffic yet despite appearing in the session list.
