What is cucsFabricFcMonDestEpOperState?

This operational-state field reports the actual current state UCS Manager has observed for this FC monitoring session's destination port, as opposed to what was administratively requested. For the physical FC port designated to receive the mirrored/copied traffic for an FC monitoring session, this is the value a monitoring dashboard would poll to detect that the connection has actually gone down (for example a link failure), even if the admin state still says it should be up. A healthy instance normally reads 'up' or 'online'; if the cable behind this specific port is unplugged, this value would flip to something like 'link-down' within seconds.
