What is cucsFabricEthVlanPortEpOperStateReason?

This text field supplies the specific reason code explaining why the operational state of this VLAN-on-port record is currently what it is. For one VLAN as it is provisioned on a single, non-bundled Ethernet uplink port on the fabric interconnect, an admin chasing an outage reads this field first, since it distinguishes a deliberate 'admin-down' from an unplanned 'link-down', 'sfp-not-present', or similar hardware-level cause. A common value here would be 'link-down' after someone unseats the transceiver on this specific port, or 'none' when everything is operating normally.
