What is cucsFabricEthVlanPcOperSpeed?

This field reports the Ethernet link speed actually in effect right now on this VLAN-on-port-channel record, as measured by the hardware rather than configured by an admin. For one VLAN as it is provisioned on a specific Ethernet uplink port-channel (a bundle of physical uplink ports trunked together) on the fabric interconnect, comparing this operational speed against the admin-configured speed for the same link is how an admin catches a port that is technically 'up' but running at a lower speed than intended, which silently caps throughput without raising an obvious fault. If the admin speed is set to 'auto' but this operational field reads '1gbps' on hardware capable of 10gbps, that gap is worth investigating on this specific link.
