Description: Cisco UCS fabric:EthVlanPc:adminState managed object property
What is cucsFabricEthVlanPcAdminState?
This admin-state field records the administratively configured intent for this VLAN-on-port-channel record — essentially whether an admin has told UCS Manager to enable or disable it. Because this VLAN-on-port-channel record models one VLAN as it is provisioned on a specific Ethernet uplink port-channel (a bundle of physical uplink ports trunked together) on the fabric interconnect, flipping this value to 'disabled' is how an admin intentionally takes down this specific connection for maintenance without waiting for a physical link event, and the operational state field will follow suit. If a technician needs to pull the cable safely, they would first set this to 'disabled' here so the change shows up as planned rather than as an unexpected fault.
