What is cucsFabricEthTargetEpUsrLbl?
This SnmpAdminString is a free-text label an administrator can attach to this Ethernet target endpoint purely for their own reference. For an Ethernet-attached appliance or target device (for example an iSCSI or NFS storage target) wired into one of the fabric interconnect's appliance ports, UCS Manager never interprets or acts on this text — it exists so an admin can note something like which rack, cable run, or ticket number this specific connection relates to. An admin might set this to something like 'to core-sw-2 rack14' so the purpose of this exact port isn't forgotten six months later.
