What is cucsFabricEthTargetEpAutoNegotiate?

This TruthValue field reports whether Ethernet link autonegotiation is enabled on this Ethernet target endpoint's underlying link. For an Ethernet-attached appliance or target device (for example an iSCSI or NFS storage target) wired into one of the fabric interconnect's appliance ports, this setting has to match on both ends of the cable — a mismatch (one side forced, the other auto) is one of the classic causes of a link that comes up but runs at a lower speed than expected or drops frames under load. A value of 'true' here means the port is letting the far-end device and this port negotiate speed and duplex automatically rather than using a fixed, admin-forced speed.
