What is cucsFabricEthMonDestEpOperState?
This is the current operational state of this SPAN destination port. This tells an admin whether the physical link to the capture appliance is actually up right now, a prerequisite for span-1 to deliver any mirrored traffic at all, separate from whether the session itself is enabled. 'Link-down' here would mean span-1 has nowhere to send mirrored traffic even if every source is healthy.
