This is the LACP policy actually in effect on this LAN uplink port-channel right now, as opposed to the one assigned in configuration. Comparing this against lacpPolicyName on the same row is how an admin confirms a recent LACP policy change has actually taken hold on PC-1280 rather than still being pending a re-apply. If lacpPolicyName was changed to 'fast-lacp' but this field still shows 'default', the new timers have not yet taken effect on PC-1280.
