What is cucsFabricEthLanPcFlowCtrlPolicy?
This is the name of the flow-control policy applied across this LAN uplink port-channel. Because flow control is negotiated per physical link, this field sets a single expected policy for every member port of PC-1280, and a member later added with a differing local override would show up as an outlier against this value. A value of 'default' means the bundle's flow-control behavior follows the platform default rather than a custom pause-frame policy.
