What is cucsFabricEthLanPcEpMembership?

This reports whether this specific port is actively participating as a member of its parent LAN uplink port-channel. This field most directly answers whether this cable is actually contributing to the bundle right now, distinct from operState, since a port can be link-up yet still be excluded from the port-channel by LACP negotiation. A value of 'up' for Fi-A/1/2 confirms it is one of the currently active contributors to PC-1280's aggregate bandwidth; 'individual' or 'down' would mean it has dropped out of the bundle despite the physical link being fine.
