What is cucsFabricEthLanPcAutoNegotiate?
This reports whether speed/duplex auto-negotiation is enabled across the member ports of this LAN uplink port-channel. All members of PC-1280 need consistent negotiation settings or some could fail to join the bundle at their expected speed, so this field is a bundle-wide switch an admin sets once rather than per member port. A value of 'true' means every member of PC-1280 is expected to auto-negotiate speed and duplex with its corresponding upstream switch port.
