What is cucsFabricEthLanLocale?
This enumerated field (CucsFabricExternalLocale) reports whether the fabric's general-purpose northbound Ethernet LAN uplink (VLAN trunk) configuration is classified as an internal (chassis-facing) or external (network-facing) object. This internal/external split is a basic filter admins and monitoring tools use to separate this LAN uplink from the fabric's uplink-facing objects when building a topology view or scoping a search to just one side of the fabric. A value of 'internal' marks this as chassis-facing plumbing rather than a network-facing uplink; 'external' would place it on the outward-facing side of the fabric.
