What is cucsFabricEthLanEpLocale?
This indicates which fabric side, A or B, this LAN uplink port physically belongs to. In a redundant UCS domain every uplink is pinned to one side only, so this field is what an admin cross-references against switchId to confirm traffic for a given vNIC is actually taking the fabric path expected during an A/B failover test. A value of 'A' for this row confirms the uplink lives on fabric interconnect A, the side that would go quiet if FI-A were rebooted.
