What is cucsFabricEthLanEpAdminSpeed?
This is the link speed the administrator has configured for this LAN uplink port -- for example locked to 10 Gbps rather than left on auto. On a fabric interconnect uplink, a mismatch between this configured speed and what the far-end LAN switch expects is one of the most common reasons an uplink stays down or flaps, so admins check this value first when troubleshooting a LAN uplink that will not come up. For the uplink on Fabric A, slot 1, port 3 (Fi-A/1/3), this might read '10gig' while the upstream Nexus switch port is hard-set to the same rate.
