What is cucsFabricEthEstcPcOperSpeed?
This enumerated field (CucsPortEthSpeed) reports the actual negotiated/running link speed currently in effect on a port-channel that bundles multiple NAS-storage-connectivity (Estc) ports together for one storage target. Comparing this operational speed against adminSpeed on the same NAS-storage port-channel is how an admin catches a link that's technically 'up' but running well below its intended bandwidth, e.g. due to a damaged fiber pair or wrong-rate SFP. A value of '10gbps' confirms the link is actually running at full 10 Gigabit; seeing '1gbps' when 10gbps was expected would flag a fallback condition worth investigating.
