What is cucsFabricEthEstcPcFltAggr?
This is a 64-bit fault-aggregation bitmask (Unsigned64) that rolls up the fault codes currently raised against a port-channel that bundles multiple NAS-storage-connectivity (Estc) ports together for one storage target. Rather than scanning the whole fault table, an admin (or monitoring script) can test bits in this single value to know at a glance whether this specific NAS-storage port-channel has any outstanding faults worth investigating. A value of '0' means no faults are currently aggregated against this object; a non-zero value flags at least one active fault bit.
