What is cucsFabricEthEstcPcEpPeerChassisId?
This numeric field (Gauge32) records the chassis number of the far-end (peer) device connected to one physical port that is a member link of a NAS-storage-connectivity (Estc) port-channel. Comparing this to the local chassisId lets an admin confirm this NAS-storage port-channel member port is cabled to the chassis it was intended for, catching mis-cabling where a link ended up patched into the wrong enclosure. A value of '3' means the far end of this link terminates in chassis 3's IOM.
