What is cucsFabricEthEstcPcEpLocale?

This enumerated field (CucsFabricExternalEpLocale) reports whether one physical port that is a member link of a NAS-storage-connectivity (Estc) port-channel is classified as an internal (chassis-facing) or external (network-facing) object. This internal/external split is a basic filter admins and monitoring tools use to separate this NAS-storage port-channel member port from the fabric's uplink-facing objects when building a topology view or scoping a search to just one side of the fabric. A value of 'internal' marks this as chassis-facing plumbing rather than a network-facing uplink; 'external' would place it on the outward-facing side of the fabric.
