What is cucsFabricEthEstcPcEpAdminSpeed?
This enumerated field (CucsPortSpeed) reports the administratively configured link speed for one physical port that is a member link of a NAS-storage-connectivity (Estc) port-channel. If this NAS-storage port-channel member port's configured speed doesn't match what the peer device and SFP actually support, the link will either refuse to come up or negotiate a slower fallback speed, so this is a direct input into speed-mismatch troubleshooting. A value of '10gbps' would mean the port is fixed at 10 Gigabit; 'auto' would leave the speed to negotiation.
