What is cucsFabricEthEstcEpAdminState?
This reports the administratively configured (desired) enabled/disabled state (CucsFabricExternalEpAdminState) of one individual physical port set aside for external NAS storage target connectivity (Estc) traffic. This is the value an operator actually set for this NAS storage port by enabling or disabling it in UCS Manager; comparing it against the corresponding operState tells you whether the fabric has caught up with that intent yet. If set to 'disabled', the link stays administratively shut down even if the cable and peer device are both healthy.
