What is cucsFabricEpMgrFsmStageRetry?
This field (Gauge32) counts how many times one individual stage/step inside an endpoint-manager FSM run has been retried. Just like the parent FSM's try counter, a rising retry count on this specific stage tells an admin exactly which step of a multi-stage operation is the one repeatedly failing, rather than blaming the run as a whole. A value of '2' would mean this particular stage has already been attempted twice before succeeding or giving up.
