This field (Gauge32) reports the completion percentage of the FSM run currently tracked by one finite-state-machine run tracked by the endpoint manager for a specific port or port-channel configuration change. A stuck value on this endpoint-manager FSM run — say, sitting at the same percentage for many minutes — is the clearest sign an admin gets that a chassis or port configuration operation has hung rather than merely being slow. A value of '100' means the tracked FSM run has completed; a value stuck at '45' for an extended period would suggest it has stalled mid-way.
