This field (Gauge32) reports the completion percentage of the FSM run currently tracked by the fabric interconnect's internal endpoint manager, the per-switch process that drives port and port-channel configuration through its state machine. A stuck value on this endpoint manager — say, sitting at the same percentage for many minutes — is the clearest sign an admin gets that a chassis or port configuration operation has hung rather than merely being slow. A value of '100' means the tracked FSM run has completed; a value stuck at '45' for an extended period would suggest it has stalled mid-way.
