What is cucsFabricDceSwSrvPcEpUsrLbl?
This is a free-form, user-assigned label field attached to one physical internal port that is a member link of a server-facing DCE port-channel to a blade chassis IOM. Unlike the system-generated name, this label exists purely so an admin can tag this specific server-facing port-channel member port with a site-meaningful identifier (a rack location, circuit ID, or ticket number) that UCS Manager never generates on its own. An admin might set this to 'Rack14-Row3-Uplink' or leave it empty if unused.
