This enumerated field (CucsFabricMembershipStatus) reports whether one physical internal port that is a member link of a server-facing DCE port-channel to a blade chassis IOM is currently an active, up, or down member of its parent port-channel. Port-channels can keep passing traffic even while one bundled member fails, so this per-member membership status is what tells an admin which exact link inside this server-facing port-channel member port's channel needs attention, rather than just knowing the channel as a whole is degraded. A value of 'active' means this link is currently forwarding as part of the bundle; 'down' would mean it dropped out while the rest of the channel kept running.
