This boolean (TruthValue) reports whether auto-negotiation is enabled for one physical internal port that is a member link of a server-facing DCE port-channel to a blade chassis IOM. When two ends of this server-facing port-channel member port disagree on whether to auto-negotiate speed/duplex, that mismatch is a classic cause of a link that comes up but runs at the wrong speed or flaps intermittently, so this flag is one of the first things an admin checks. A value of 'true' means the port negotiates speed/duplex automatically with its peer; 'false' would mean the speed is fixed by adminSpeed instead.
