What is cucsFabricComputeSlotEpOperState?
This reports the endpoint's actual current operational state (for example up, down, or link-down), as observed by the hardware, rather than what an admin configured. For this chassis slot's endpoint for whatever blade currently occupies it, operState is the value that actually tells you whether traffic is flowing right now — a mismatch against adminState 'enabled' is the signature of an unexpected outage on this specific link rather than a planned change. If a cable were unseated, operState on this row would flip to 'link-down' within seconds while adminState stayed 'enabled', flagging an unplanned fault.
