What is cucsFabricComputeSlotEpFsmStamp?

This is the timestamp of the last state transition in this slot's inline FSM workflow. For this chassis slot's endpoint for whatever blade currently occupies it, fsmStamp is what an admin compares against the current time to judge whether the workflow is actively progressing or has been sitting idle at the same step, since a stale fsmStamp is a stronger stuck-workflow signal than the progress percentage alone. An fsmStamp from six hours ago on a workflow that's still 'in progress' would tell an admin this slot's blade provisioning is genuinely hung, not just slow.
