What is cucsFabricChassisEpAutoNegotiate?
This reports whether link-speed/duplex auto-negotiation is turned on for this chassis's uplink endpoint into the fabric interconnect's connection. An admin troubleshooting a link that keeps flapping or running at an unexpectedly low speed on the chassis checks this first, since a speed/duplex mismatch between auto-negotiate settings on the two ends of a link is one of the most common causes of exactly that symptom. A value of true means the port negotiates speed/duplex automatically; false means it has been pinned to a fixed configuration instead.
