This is the numeric port ID UCS discovered on the peer side of this cartridge slot (bay)'s link. For a slot's internal link, this confirms exactly which numbered IOM port the bay's wiring lands on, which an admin uses to narrow down a physical inspection to one specific port rather than the whole fabric extender. A value of 3 identifies port 3 on the peer IOM as the far end of this slot's link.
