This is the numeric port ID UCS discovered on the peer side of this compute cartridge's physical port endpoint's link. An admin tracing a cabling problem on a specific cartridge reads this alongside PeerDn to know exactly which numbered port on the IOM to physically inspect. A value of 2 identifies port 2 on the peer IOM as the far end of this cartridge's link.
