What is cucsExtvmmMasterExtKeyFsmTaskSeqId?
This is a Gauge32 sequence number giving one queued task record belonging to the master-key-generation FSM's position in its FSM's ordered task queue. When several tasks are queued at once for the same workflow, this number is what lets UCS Manager (and an admin reading a stuck workflow) tell execution order for that key-generation FSM task rather than relying on wall-clock time alone. A seqId of 2 following a seqId of 1 confirms the tasks for that key-generation FSM task are being processed in the order they were queued, not out of order.
