What is cucsExtvmmKeyStoreFsmDescrData?
This is a text description of the workflow step currently in progress within the FSM that drives the certificate-import job for a KeyRing. Unlike a user-entered label, this text is generated by UCS Manager itself as the certificate-import FSM runs, so it's the plain-language equivalent of whatever internal state the certificate-import FSM is presently in. A value such as 'Local::WaitVMM' would tell an admin the certificate-import FSM is currently blocked waiting on a response from the remote VMM rather than doing local work.
