What is cucsExtvmmFabricNetworkPolicyLevel?
This is a Gauge32 indicating the depth in the UCS organizational hierarchy at which the policy governing a VM network (distributed-switch port group) that UCS pushed into the external VMM for VM-FEX use by VMs was actually resolved. In a multi-tenant UCS domain with nested sub-organizations, this tells an admin whether the effective policy for that pushed VM network came from the local org or was inherited from a parent org several levels up. A policyLevel of 0 means the policy for that pushed VM network is defined right at the root organization, while a higher number would mean it was resolved from a nested sub-org.
