What is cucsEtherTxStatsJumboPacketsDeltaMax?

This is the highest single-interval jumbo-frame delta observed for this interface. This max value is useful for capacity planning specifically around large-frame bursts, since it shows the peak jumbo-frame rate this interface has had to handle, which matters when deciding if its uplink bandwidth is adequate during those bursts. A deltaMax far above the deltaAvg would mean this interface occasionally has to absorb a heavy burst of jumbo traffic that its average-case bandwidth planning might not account for.
