What is cucsEtherTxStatsIntervals?
This reports the number of collection intervals over which this object's delta/avg/max/min statistics have been computed. Knowing this count is necessary to correctly interpret every other stat on this same object, since an average or max computed over 3 samples carries far less statistical weight than one computed over 30. An intervals value of 3 tells an admin the deltaAvg above reflects just the last three collection cycles, not a long-term trend.
