What is cucsEtherTxStatsBroadcastPacketsDeltaMax?
This is the highest single delta value for transmitted broadcast packets observed across the sampled intervals. This max is specifically what an admin checks to see whether this interface experienced even one abnormal broadcast burst that the smoother average value would otherwise hide. A deltaMax dramatically higher than the deltaAvg on this same interface -- say 30,000 versus a 200 average -- reveals a single transient storm event buried inside an otherwise normal-looking average.
