What is cucsEtherTxStatsBroadcastPacketsDelta?
This is the increase in transmitted broadcast packets since the previous stats collection cycle. Because the raw cumulative counter above can wrap or grow slowly, this delta is what UCS Manager and any monitoring integration actually use to compute a broadcast-rate-per-interval, which is the number that actually triggers alerting thresholds. A delta of 50 during a normal cycle jumping to 20,000 in the next cycle is the specific spike a threshold policy on this interface would be set to catch.
