What is cucsEtherServerIntFIoOperBorderPortId?

This Gauge32 identifies the operational 'border port' — the specific uplink port at the boundary where this internal link's traffic actually exits toward the rest of the fabric. It matters on the internal Ethernet link that carries a blade's traffic from the chassis I/O Module up to a Fabric Interconnect over the backplane because internal backplane ports are often aggregated onto a smaller number of border uplinks, and this field is what tells an admin which uplink is actually carrying a given blade's traffic right now. An operBorderPortId of 7 on this backplane link tells an admin that if uplink port 7 on the fabric interconnect goes down, this specific internal link's traffic path is affected even though the internal link itself is healthy.
