What is cucsEtherServerIntFIoFsmStageOrder?
This Gauge32 is the sequence number of this stage among all the stages that make up the finite-state-machine workflow. It matters on one individual stage inside that link-bring-up finite-state-machine because it tells an admin how far into the overall sequence a stuck workflow actually got, which stages already succeeded, and which remain. An order value of 2 on this bring-up workflow out of a workflow with, say, 8 total stages tells an admin roughly how close to completion the process was when it stalled.
