What is cucsEtherServerIntFIoAdminState?

This value is the administrator-configured enabled/disabled state for this internal server-side backplane link, independent of whatever the link's actual operational status happens to be. It matters on the internal Ethernet link that carries a blade's traffic from the chassis I/O Module up to a Fabric Interconnect over the backplane because a link deliberately set to disabled will show as down regardless of cabling or hardware health, so this field is the first thing to check before troubleshooting a 'link down' alert on that port. If cucsEtherServerIntFIoOperState on this backplane link shows down while this adminState still shows enabled, that combination points to a real hardware or link-negotiation fault rather than an intentional shutdown.
