Module: CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-ETHER-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-UNIFIED-COMPUTING-ETHER-MIB::cucsEtherRxStatsThresholded
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.719.1.16.9.1.21
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: CucsEtherRxStatsThresholded
Access: read-only
Description: Cisco UCS ether:RxStats:thresholded managed object property
What is cucsEtherRxStatsThresholded?
This enumerated value records which configured alarm thresholds (e.g. normal, above-normal, high, or critical) the receive-side counters on this object have currently crossed. It matters on the live receive-side counter set UCS Manager keeps for one Ethernet endpoint (a blade's vNIC adapter port, an I/O Module uplink, or a fabric-interconnect server port) inside a UCS domain because it is what actually drives a UCS fault/alert on the interface, rather than the raw counters themselves which an operator would otherwise have to compare against thresholds by hand. A change from 'normal' to 'high' here is the trigger a network admin would see just before a port utilization alarm fires on that adapter uplink.
