This TruthValue flags whether UCS Manager considers the accompanying receive counters unreliable for this collection interval, for example after a counter rollover, a device reboot, or a gap in polling. It matters on an archived historical sample row of that same receive-counter set, kept purely for trending past intervals rather than showing the current live value because a monitoring tool that graphs raw byte/packet deltas without checking this flag can show a false spike or a false drop right at the point this history row was captured. When suspect is true(1), an admin should discard that single sample rather than alert on it, e.g. a one-time reading of 4,294,967,295 bytes caused by a 32-bit counter wrap rather than real traffic.
