What is cucsEtherRxStatsHistBroadcastPacketsDelta?

This is the number of broadcast packets received on this endpoint during the specific interval this historical row represents. It matters on an archived historical sample row of that same receive-counter set, kept purely for trending past intervals rather than showing the current live value because unlike the live delta counter, this value is frozen in the history row, so it lets an admin go back and see exactly which past interval had the broadcast spike. Finding a broadcastPacketsDelta of 25,000 in a single history row on the endpoint this history row belongs to, versus a normal few hundred, tells an admin precisely which five-minute window to pull switch logs for.
