This is dn on a cucsEtherPortChanIdElem object, the Dn of one specific element, a single allocatable identifier, within UCS's pool of Ethernet port-channel IDs. It identifies exactly which numeric ID slot in the pool this row describes, since UCS Manager must track which of a finite set of port-channel IDs are free versus already assigned before an admin can create a new port-channel.
